Where is Chan Cha Tea produced?

Our tea is produced in several Chinese provinces famous for tea production. Each batch is sourced with care to preserve tradition and regional character.

What is your refund policy?

Chan Cha Tea has a no refund policy at this time. Due to the nature of our products and their sealed packaging, we cannot offer refunds. Please make your purchase carefully.

Can you ship to Australia and other countries?

Currently, our core focus is the New Zealand market. As we grow, we hope to expand shipping to Australia and the Pacific regions.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping around the North Island of New Zealand generally takes 2–3 working days. For shipments to the South Island, delivery usually takes 3–5 working days.

Why is the year of the tea listed?

Like wine, tea can be aged. Aged tea develops deeper flavors and aromas over time, becoming smoother and more refined. The year also reflects rarity and value, especially in aged puer and black teas.
