1. All orders must be paid for in full prior to delivery unless otherwise arranged with Chan Cha Tea.

2. All tea products are sold as-is and no refunds or exchanges will be accepted.

3. The customer is responsible for ensuring that all tea products are stored properly and used according to the manufacturer’s instructions.

4. Chan Cha Tea is not liable for any damages caused by improper storage or use of the tea products purchased from them.

5. Chan Cha Tea reserves the right to refuse service to any customer at their discretion without explanation or justification given to the customer in advance of such refusal of service being made known to them by Chan Cha Tea representatives or agents acting on behalf of said reseller at any time before, during, or after a sale has been completed between said reseller and said customer(s).

6. All sales are final and no returns will be accepted unless otherwise agreed upon in writing between both parties prior to delivery of goods being made known by either party involved in said transaction(s).

7. Delivery times may vary depending on availability and other factors outside of our control; therefore we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates but will do our best to ensure that all orders are delivered within a reasonable time frame.

8. Preparation is an individual choice, however Chan Cha Tea cannot be held responsible for tea spoiling due to in-proper storage and or preparation.

All traditional Chinese teas must be stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

Traditional Chinese teas should be brewed with water that is at least 80°C (176°F).

Traditional Chinese teas should not be boiled or steeped for more than 3 minutes to avoid bitterness and astringency.

Traditional Chinese teas should not be mixed with other ingredients such as sugar, milk, or honey as this will alter the flavor of the tea.
