Tea Terms and Conditions – Chan Cha Tea
These Tea Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made through Chan Cha Tea’s website. Please read them carefully before ordering.

1. Payment Policy for Tea Orders
All orders must be paid for in full prior to delivery unless special arrangements have been made. Payment secures stock and confirms your order.
2. No Refunds or Exchanges
All teas are sold as-is. Due to the sealed nature of our products, we do not accept refunds or exchanges. All sales are final.
3. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for proper tea storage and preparation. Chan Cha Tea is not liable for spoilage or product degradation resulting from mishandling.
4. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion. No explanation is required prior to or following the refusal of service.
5. Delivery Disclaimer
Delivery times are estimates. While we aim to ship promptly, delivery is subject to availability and external factors. We cannot guarantee exact dates but will do our best to ensure timely delivery.
6. Tea Storage and Brewing Guidelines
- Store tea in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight
- Use water at a minimum of 80°C (176°F)
- Do not steep for longer than 3 minutes
- Avoid adding sugar, milk, or honey, as these alter the traditional flavor
